Partner Program Terms

The program is currently open to US residents and US-based businesses with a US bank account. You must be 18 or older. Applications are reviewed manually and we may approve or decline any application at our discretion.

You may not enroll to earn commission on your own subscription, on subscriptions for businesses you own or control, or on behalf of someone who was already in our sales pipeline.

Approved partners earn 15% recurring commission on the net subscription revenue we actually collect from customers you refer, for as long as those subscriptions stay active — unless we agree a different rate with you in writing.

Commission is calculated on amounts we collect after discounts, promotional credits, refunds, and payment-processing fees. It does not apply to taxes, or to trial periods where nothing is collected.

When a visitor arrives through your referral link, we store a referral identifier in their browser for 90 days. If they start a paid subscription within that window, the sale is credited to you.

If a visitor's browser carries more than one referral, the most recent one wins. If a customer clears their browser storage, uses a different device, or subscribes after the window closes, we may not be able to attribute the sale. Our records are the authoritative source for attribution.

Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's onboarding and identity verification before any payout can be sent; commissions accrue in the meantime.

We pay monthly for the prior month's collected commissions, after a holding period that covers refund and chargeback risk. Balances under $50 roll over to the next month. Payout timing also depends on Stripe.

You are responsible for keeping your payout details current. We are not liable for payouts delayed or misdirected because of incorrect information you provided.

If a referred payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, or reversed, the related commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, we may deduct it from future commissions or request repayment.

Commission earned through fraud, self-referral, or a violation of these terms is forfeited, and we may reverse prior payouts related to it.

Promote us honestly, on your own website, newsletter, social channels, courses, coaching programs, videos, or in person. Describe the product accurately and never promise results, returns, or features we don't offer.

You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, as required by the FTC endorsement guidelines and any similar rules that apply to you.

• bidding on our brand name, product name, domain, or close variants in paid search, or running ads that appear to come from us;
• registering domains, social accounts, or app listings that use our name or confusingly similar names;
• coupon, deal, cashback, or loyalty-rebate listings unless we approve them in writing;
• unsolicited email, SMS, or spam of any kind;
• self-referrals, incentivized signups, cookie stuffing, or forced clicks;
• promotion on sites containing illegal, deceptive, adult, hateful, or infringing content;
• claiming to be our employee, agent, or reseller, or negotiating pricing or contracts on our behalf.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our name, logo, and the promotional materials we provide (including our embeddable partner button) solely to promote the Service under these terms. Don't alter our logo, and stop using our brand if the program ends or the licence is revoked.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer. You have no authority to bind us. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we or Stripe may require tax documentation and issue tax forms where required by law.

Either of us may end participation at any time, for any reason, with notice. We may suspend your account immediately if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

On termination, your referral links stop earning new commission. Commissions already earned and validly collected are paid on the next normal cycle, except where forfeited under the clawback section. We may also modify or discontinue the program, including commission rates, with 30 days' notice for future referrals.

The limitation of liability and indemnification sections of our Terms of Service apply to your participation. In addition, you will indemnify us against claims arising from your promotional content, your representations about the Service, and your failure to make required disclosures.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, with exclusive venue in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Questions? Email support@dealreview.app.
