Who can join?
Anyone with an audience of real estate investors — coaches, creators, lenders, educators. Right now the program is open to US residents and US-based businesses with a US bank account, since that's where our payout system operates.
Do I need a paid DealReview.app plan to be a partner?
No. Joining the partner program costs nothing and does not require a software subscription. Our software plans are all paid, but that is a separate thing entirely — you can earn without ever buying a plan.
How much do I earn?
You keep 15% of what we actually collect from every customer you send, on their first payment and every renewal after it. Nothing is capped and there is no cutoff month.
How long is a referral credited to me?
90 days from the first click. If someone lands on our site through your link and subscribes any time in that window, it is yours. First click wins, so an existing referral is not overwritten by another partner later.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts run monthly for balances above $50, through Stripe straight to your US bank account — we never see or store your account details, and a payout account must be connected before your first payout. Anything under the minimum rolls into the next run. If your earnings reach the IRS reporting threshold in a year, we'll issue a 1099.
What happens with refunds or cancellations?
Commission is calculated on money we keep, so a refunded payment reverses the matching commission. When a customer cancels, you keep everything earned up to that point and future commissions simply stop.
What is not allowed?
No bidding on our brand name in paid search, no coupon or cashback listings, no unsolicited email or spam, and no signing up through your own link. We also ask that you say plainly that you earn a commission — it keeps everyone honest.
